Returns Policy

 

1. Order Cancellation

We hope that you are complely satisfied with your purchase and is exactly what you wanted. However we do understand that from time to time an issue may occur with you purchase. Items may not be suitable for your roon or installation, or you simply may not want the product you have chosen.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 14 days of receiving them.

You can notify your intention to cancel by post, email or phone. We recommend contacting ourselves by email or phone as we cannot allow for delays with postal notifications.

 

2 Cancellation and Return of Goods.

If you change your mind for whatever reason and do not want any products that you have purchased, as long it is within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we will accept returned goods in accordance with point 1.

However you (the customer) shall responsible for the return of the product and any costs associated with this.

All cancelled goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We cannot refund any goods that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to ourselves.

Goods that are not a core stock item may incur a re-stocking charge which is leveied by the manufacturer or distributor when we placce the order with them.

Goods that have been ordered as a special or ordered to your specification cannot be cancelled at any stage. 

 

 2. Return of Faulty or Damaged Goods.

Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order (even if you have signed for the delivery as having damaged goods on this order). Notification must be done by phone or email. Once notification has been received we will notify you of the next course of action. This will be collection of the goods, goods to be returned back to ourselves or disposal of the goods. Never dispose of the goods without notification by email or post. No refunds or replacements will be given without notification of disposal being given.

Should we ask for the goods to be returned to ourselves, please include a receipt for any postage costs  that you incur so that we can provide a refund for these costs.

All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers to determine if the product has a manufacturing fault, or is faulty due to damage and/ or misuse. Goods will be returned to you* and no refund or replacement will be offered. *delivery costs maybe applicable.

3.  Warranty and Guarentees.

All products from the Combi Centre come with a minimum 12 month manufacters guarantee, Many items will have a longer guarantee period, but this is still a manufacturers guarantee.

If a product develpos a fault please contact ourselves initially so that we can advise you on what to do next.

Different manufacturers have differnt proceedures. Some may want you to contact them directly, others may want us to deal with you on their behalf.
