Delivery Information

Free delivery is available to the following areas: Merseyside, Wirral, North Wales, Greater Manchester, Widnes, Warrington, Northwich and most parts of Lancashire.

Free delivery goods are normally made by our own delivery vehicles. You will be informed by email on what day the goods will be delivered. We will give contact the day before delivery to say whether the order will be delivered a.m. (9.00-12.30) or p.m. (12.30-5.00).

If goods are in stock, delivery will be between 2-3 days. If good are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

Delivery to all other areas will be made by royal mail 1st class or carrier for small items. For larger items and palletised deliveries, these will be made by carrier. we will inform you the delivery date and provide you with a tracking number.

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of smaller items. For larger items and pallet deliveries, please allow 3-10 days.

Unfortunately the delivery can only be delivered to the nearest point of access. Please inform ourselves at the time of delivery if there are any issues that could affect the delivery of your order.

Once you have signed for your goods the delivery process ends and you will need to make provisions to move the goods to safe location.

Failed deliveries may incur a further delivery charge.

Prices for delivery are to most parts of mainland uk. Remote areas and channel islands mey incur further charges. Please call our sales office to confirm charges.

While we do our upmost to deliver your order within the delivery times stated, circumstances beyond our control may prevent this.

Receiving Your Items


On receipt of goods and signing for the delivery you are accepting that the goods have arrived in good condition.

On delivery of the goods, please check to make sure that no items are damaged. if there are damaged items, please refuse delivery of that item or if this is not possible, mark on the delivery note which items are damaged. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the delivery, please refuse the delivery.

You agree that if a third party is accepting delivery on your behalf, you accept full responsibilty for any loss or damage.


We strongly recommend that you do not book a tradesperson bases on delivery times stated and recommend that you ckeck and inspect the items before any preperatory work is undertaken. We cannot be liable for any costs incurred with the delivery.
